Playing Experience
Marcelo Moreira has spent his life dedicated to the game of soccer. He played 15+ years of Professional soccer in his native, Brazil. Ten of which were with one of Brazil's top clubs, Palmeiras. He ended his playing career here in the United States playing three years of indoor soccer where he met his wife Kayla. They now reside in Rochester, NY with their daughters, Jilliana and Gabriella and son, Thiago.
Work Experience
After retiring from the game of soccer, Marcelo has dedicated his time into coaching at the Youth, Collegiate and Professional Levels. He is currently the Director of Goalkeeping for the WNY Flash Academy, an Assistant & Goalkeeper Coach for Monroe Community College and also the Goalkeeper Coach for the Nazareth Men's soccer team. Marcelo's passion for the game of soccer shows through in every training session that he coaches.

Our comprehensive curriculum begins with a solid foundation and escalates to teach all the technicalities of the position, from basic shot stopping, crosses, strength, decision-making, reading the game and learning how to organize your defense. Our keepers will be challenged like never before. We will provide hands on training with all participants and the training will be an intense training regimen that will help you reach your potential.
